1. Valid are the list prices at the time of the order as they were shown on the Internet pages.

2. All prices are valid as final prices incl. VAT.

§4 license of utilization for eBooks, eMagazine and videos
You receive to every with us acquired eBook or eMagazin a simple license of utilization.
This encloses the permission to store a copy of with us acquired eBook and eMagazine for your personal use on your computer or your reader and/or to print out.
Every other copy is prohibited by the valid copyright.
It is expressly forbidden to you to change a file or parts of it in any way or to work on and to make available in any kind to third party either privately or commercially.

§5 disclaimer of liability

2. The offers of E-book-Seller.com on the website are not-binding. Therefore E-book-Seller.com is not obliged in case of the non-availability to the achievement.
A completion of a contract becomes valid with order by the customer.

The liability claims against E-book-Seller.com for reason of material or non-material damages are basically excluded.

The customer receives the invoice by email.
E-book-Seller.com accepts only the modes of payment offered in order form.
A right of return with order from eBooks, eMagazines and videos or restitution of the purchase price is not possible.
E-book-Seller.com takes over no liability for the use of eBooks, eMagazines and videos and for the informations of the content.

§8 copyright and copyrights
Offered eBooks, eMagazines and Videos including all their parts are protected by copyright.
Every utilization is inadmissible without approval of E-book-Seller.com.
This counts in particular to publication, duplication, translations, microfilmings and the transfer and processing in electronic systems.

The user undertakes to recognize the copyrights and to follow.
No rights of originators, utilization and other protective rights of the product will be transferred to the user/buyer.
The user is only entitled to use the purchase product for own purposes.
He is not entitled to make available the product for utilization on the Internet, in Intranet, in extra net or in any way to third party.
A public or  commercial reproduction, publication or duplication of the product is expressly excluded.
The user may not remove copyright notices, brand names and other legal reservations in the purchased product.

§9 place of fulfilment and legal venue
For all deliveries, Bern in Switzerland is agreed as a place of fulfilment and legal venue. It is under the right of Switzerland.

§10 effectiveness
Should single passages of Terms and Conditions be invalid according to valid right, all the other passages keep her validity.
With appearance of updated Terms and Conditions older versions lose her validity.
